Trackwork.co.nz agrees to show information regularly updated for the duration of the agreed period in much but not necessarily exact form as existing at the start of the subscription period.
As a guideline information developed from :
race results - updated once a week.
Race fields - within 24 hours of final acceptance.
Trial results - within 7 days.
Video Reviews and other information - within a reasonable time.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights (including style and feel) in the software, text, graphics and other material displayed or available through the site remains the sole property of the owners or agents of Trackwork.co.nz.. You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable single user licence to use the content for your own private and non-commercial purposes and not redistribute or republish the software or content.
Technical Difficulties.
You acknowledge that your use of the site and associated services may be subject to interruption or delay. Due to the nature of the Internet and telecommunications, trackwork.co.nz and it's service providers do not make any warranty that the site or services will be error free, without interruption or delay or free from defects in design or engineering.
Trackwork.co.nz make no warranty that the Site will be free from viruses or any kind of malicious code.
